Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return Process

Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jellemonet@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Packaging: Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of the return authorization email in the package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at jellemonet@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
